Directions:
In a large skillet, sauté the
chopped onion, peppers, and garlic in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Once
tender, add the tomato sauce, sugar, and spices. Bring to a boil, then add
the soy "ground round." Mix well and cook for several minutes.

- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons unbleached, granulated
sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
