    Directions:
      Combine all ingredients except 
        the 1 cup of water and agar-agar in a blender. Blend until fairly smooth. 
        In a separate 2-quart microwave bowl, pour in 1 cup of water and sprinkle 
        in the agar-agar. Microwave until all the agar-agar is dissolved (about 
        5 minutes on high power.) Quickly whisk blender ingredients into the hot 
        liquid until fully combined. Pour into molding container and chill until 
        firm. (Serves 8)  |

      limes
 
    - 2 tablespoons unbleached sugar
 
    - 1/4 cup water
 
    - 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
 
    - 1/4 small onion, chopped
 
    - 1 medium carrot, cut into small pieces
 
    - 1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped
 
    - 2/3 cup of your favorite vegan salad 
      dressing (thicker is better)
 
    - 1 cup tofu, cut into small pieces
 
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
    - 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
 
    - 1 cup water
 
    - 3 slightly-rounded tablespoons agar-agar
