Directions:
Mix together the oats, brown sugar, flour,
cinnamon, and salt. Mix in the margarine until the the mixture resembles coarse
crumbs. Peel, core, and slice the apples into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Sprinkle
with granulated sugar, then sprinkle the crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350
degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes. (Serves 6-8) |
