Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, hand-mix
all ingredients, ‘massaging’ by hand to allow the avocado to become creamy.

- 1 cup wild rice, soaked 3 days,
rinsing twice per day
- 1-1/2 cups avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh sage,
minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- 1 cup tomato, seeded and diced
- 3 tablespoons flax oil
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon celtic salt
