Directions:
Drain the peas, beans, corn, and pimentos.
In a large bowl, combine these with the chopped celery, onions, and green
peppers. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and
pepper. Combine this liquid mixture with the vegetable and mix well. Serve
chilled. (Serves 8) |

- 16-ounce can French cut green beans
- 16-ounce can white corn
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
