A much healthier, low-fat, reduced calorie approach to rich
vegan brownies is here -- and it's super-easy. Simply
add boiling water, mix well, pour into a 9 x 13-inch
pan, and bake for 25 minutes. This mix is sweetened
with low-glycemic pure crystalline fructose and
corn & barley malt. Less than 40 grams of fat in the
entire pan of brownies!

unbleached white flour, defatted
